ChampionshipRooms.com is an independent travel services provider specializing in 
obtaining hotel rooms during the Super Bowl® and the NCAA® Mens Final Four®.  As avid 
sports fans, we understand what its like to have to find a hotel room at the last minute when everything is sold out.  We don't want this to stop you from experiencing this event and supporting your team in person which is why we started this business.

gathering your personal information and to protect your privacy.

To use ChampionshipRooms.com basic features you do not have to divulge any personal 
information. No individual personal information about  you will be shared with anybody, 
without your permission, and will only be used by ChampionshipRooms.com to execute 
your contract.  We do not share, sell, solicit, or trade any of our clients personal information with any other company or organization and work diligently to safeguard all your information.

Any information you submit while registering for ChampionshipRooms.com events or 
promotions is collected solely by and for ChampionshipRooms.com.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the nature of high demand sporting events, all sales are final and no refunds will be given.  ChampionshipRooms.com reserves the right provide its customers with upgrades to the accommodation when applicable at no cost to the customer.  In the event that 
unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending any of these events 
ChampionshipRooms.com will work with our partners and do everything in our power to 
seek a refund on your behalf and pass along 100% of any break you are entitled to.

Hotel Stay Policy:

All guests must adhere to each individual hotels own policies.  Standard Check in time is 
3pm local hotel time and check out is 12noon local hotel time.  Each hotel might have their 
own times and/or ability to accommodate guest differently so please check with the hotel 
directly before booking any trip to ensure your needs will be met.  Any specific requirements relating to passport restrictions, parking, etc must be asked of the hotel directly before booking.  ChampionshipRooms.com does everything it can to provide its customers with all pertinent information related to each trip, but each customer must inquire for themselves if they do not see a specific issue has been addressed.
